Ron Kopp received his MFA in Film from Columbia University. He recently completed directing a feature-length film version of Jeff Cohen's off-Broadway play "The Soap Myth." He has worked as an editor, a sound editor, a music consultant and an archival film researcher on a wide variety of projects. For a number of years he was the Film Program Director at the Paramount Center for the Arts, a landmarked movie palace in Peekskill, NY. He has also been a regularly featured commentator on movies for NPR.
